King of Monsters
Destroyer of Tokyo
The product of Nuclear Testing
So political, yet fun
Fake to the Core
Hilarious to watch
Godzilla I love you
When I was four I and saw you
I rooted for you when King Kong was kicking your butt
You never did lose, you just came back later in another movie
I cried when you would get hurt
I feel your clay animation’s pain
I wanted to visit you in the Tokyo Zoo

I hated when America messed you up
Loyal to the Japanese Godzilla I will always be
The green skin
The radio-active fiery breath
The radiant blue glow
The roar that everybody knew
Though I’m older now I still love you
Even though you are so fake and sexist
I love you and always will
My big, green, and radioactive Godzilla

Earlier this week, I got to watch Godzilla vs. Mothra, MechaGodzilla (I & II), King Ghidora, King Kong, Magalon, Sea Creature, and The Thing. I love the Japanese Godzilla, not the American one, he looks so yuck. I have the action figure of Godzilla from the 1980's which I love, I am probably the only person in the world that has one. I used to watch the Godzilla Power Hour when I was little but I haven't seen that on reruns yet, well, it was a rerun when I first started watching it! Godzilla Rocks!!

The Picture is from the Godzilla cartoon from the 1980's

HAHAH!!! This has to be the funniest poem I've read in a long time. This is wonderful!

lol i used to have a remote control Godzilla when i was little. he was my hero too :D i always wanted a pet iguana so i could name it Godzilla... every birthday wish since i was old enough to know what a wish was supposed to be was always for an iguana named Godzilla :D
when i was in preschool/daycare we would watch Godzilla movies or old old anime (i think that's what it was, i'm no expert, but i recognise the style as animeish) i'd like to get my hands on some of those tapes...
my favourite Godzilla film was..... Mothra and.... oh dear.... its either the first one or Mecha.
i do like the American version but for different reasons. they did their best, they really did try lol but it just got predictable as the movie progressed. They made Godzilla out to be just a giant lizard with the protective instincts of a mother aligator, but the Godzilla in the old movies was smart! (well kinda... he had more humanlike qualities i think)
one thing i NEVER liked was the Godzilla/Godzuki cartoons.... i hated Godzuki.... he was typical 80's era cartoon comic relief that was not comical at all. they WERE showing them fairly recently on cartoon network or one of those cartoon channels.... i dont know, i've been too busy to watch tv much lately..
hey have you heard the Blue Oyster Cult's song about Godzilla???
they're one of my favourite bands, and i was introduced to them via a friend showing off his new truck. we were driving around the back pasture at night with the dog bouncing around in the back of the truck and Godzilla blaring on the CD player :D

Thank You! I love Godzilla and I actually thought it was in a way romantic, I think I might change it to humor, but I may keep it as romace since I do LOVE Godzilla!

If you take a horses head & you gaze into their eyes, what do you see? You see a whole new person who doesn't judge you by your looks or how you dress. They see a friend who they can trust and love with their whole hearts.
We'll miss ya Barbaro & Admiral

I have Godzill vs. King Kong (All the way for Godzilla!) and Godzilla vs. the Sea Creature, fake, yet hilarious! I also have taped somewhere a few more. I found the American version to be stupid and quite ugly. I love the original hilarious because he was, well, in a way, what I grew up looked like a dinosaur. Plus, I really thought that America should of stayed out of it since we already insulted the Japanese enough. I found Godzuki slightly amusing since he was a klutz like me, so I connected with him there but he is annoying. And yes I have listened to Blue Oyster Cults "Godzilla" I love it!! I have it on many CD's and on my computer, I also have Godzilla's roaring and one of the songs from Godzilla vs. King Gihdora, the three headed monster. I truely am a Godzilla freak, I guess.

Indiana Jones is awesome! I love the character, not the actor like my mom. And of course the Muppets are awesome! I like the two old guys, they are funny.

That is why I love country, the musicians are soooo down to Earth and they take their kids where ever they go and include them in their lives. I like Meep (I think that is his name). I really like The Muppets Treasure Island, that to me is halarious, plus I like the book, I know, I'm weird.

i have a hard time with today's country music... some of its good... i like the Australian guy, and Brad Paisely, to name two, but mostly i just ignore modern music. if i listen to country at all its from the early 90's, on back to its blue grass origions. I love Don Williams, Waylon Jennings, all of the Outlaws and Highway men, George Strait.... its all the stuff i grew up with. its light, easy going, doesnt blast your ear off with a lot of unnecessary percussion instruments.
And Meep, you mean Beeker? lol he's cool, used to have a friend in 9th grade we nicknamed Muppet because she could do an awesome Beeker impression, even looked a little like him... except she looked more like the blonde hippy muppet that played in the band... and you're not weird for liking Treasure Island lol i got laughed at once because i was reading it for fun and not for a class assignment. Why did i read it? Because i liked the Muppet's version and it sparked an interest! lol no you're not THAT weird!!

I like Faith Hill and Tim McGraw (which I am going to see in 13 days!!!!), Garth Brooks, Big & Rich, Brooks and Dunn, Little Big Town, Jason Aldean, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Gretchen Wilson, and a few others.

But I love the classics. Johnny Cash (the best), C. W. McCall (CONVOY!!), Tammy Wynett, The Judds, Waylon Jennings, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and a whole lot more. I love country, I was brought up with it.

Yeah, it is Beeker, I was thinking of something else. I had a counsler named Rizzo for camp, she has everything Rizzo, it is funny.
